Registration for the tournament can be done by simply copying and pasting the following form into an e-mail and sending it to aroundforacure@gmail.com. Signing up can also be done by printing out and filling-in our printable sign-up sheet. Click here to download it.
Cost:The cost of registration for the 3rd Annual A Round For A Cure Charity Golf Tournament will be $150 each. For those not interested in golfing, but would still like to be included in the festivities we are also offering a "Dinner Only" option carrying a cost of $60 per person or $450 for a table of 8. Included with each golfer's registration fee will be 18 holes of golf at London's finest public golf course, Forest City National, power cart with GPS, free range balls, a grab-bag including a sleeve of golf balls, a hamburger and hotdog lunch, a steak dinner and a prize valued anywhere from $30 to $80. Payment Options:The two main methods of payment for the tournament are online via Paypal or personal cheque sent by mail or personally delivered. Please note: if you intend on paying through Paypal, please add 5% to cover service charges. Thank you.
