Golf and Meet & Greet:

The cost of registration for the 6th annual Corey Perry A Round For A Cure Charity Golf Tournament will be $200.00 each. There is also a special early-bird rate of $175.00 which expires April 30th, 2010. Money or cheque must be received before the cut-off date to take advantage of the offer.

Included with each golfer's registration fee will be four passes to the Meet & Greet to be held on Thursday June 17th. Participants will have the opportunity to meet Corey Perry & friends and enter a draw for an autographed Corey Perry Anaheim Ducks jersey. Also included is the18 holes of golf at London's finest public golf course, Forest City National, power cart with GPS, free range balls, a grab-bag including a sleeve of golf balls, a hamburger and hotdog lunch, a steak dinner and a prize valued anywhere from $30 to $80.

Please note: additional Meet & Greet passes are available with the purchase of a foursome. The maximum number of additional passes is 4 and they carry a cost of $25.00/each. This option is included at the bottom of the Sign-Up page.

Dinner and Meet & Greet:

For those not interested in golfing, but would still like to be included in the festivities we offer a Dinner and Meet & Greet option carrying a cost of $80 per person. You will receive a pass for the Meet & Greet to be held on Thursday, June17th and a ticket to the dinner portion of the tournament on Friday, June 18th.

Payment Options:

The two main methods of payment for the tournament are online via Paypal using an account or credit card and personal cheque sent by mail or personally delivered. Please note: if you intend on paying through Paypal, a 5% service charge will be added.
